We produce electrode tips and proximal electrode rings for cardiac pace-makers and defibrillators either as simple machined parts or as complex components with sintered structures and coatings. Typically these are manufactured from platinum-iridium or titanium They are often coated with titanium nitride, platinum black or iridium oxide in order to improve their properties as sensors.
We also supply the helical coils with sharpened tips for "active fixation" electrodes. These can also be provided with a micro-porous coating. Furthermore, as we manufacture the parts in house we can fit this helix into its holder and thus supply you with an assembled system.
