On our multi-axis CNC machining centres we manufacture complex turned parts with diameters typically in the range of 0.5 mm to 5 mm. Transverse and eccentric holes, internal and external threads and milled structures can be included. Typical applications are electrode tips and contact bushes for cardiac pace-makers.
We also have structuring processes for considerably smaller diameters. We are able to cut fine structures even in tubes with diameters less than 0.3 mm.
