We maintain a special control and safety area in our production for processing Beryllium sheets and blocks. We can turn, mill and electric discharge machine Beryllium depending on which process is best suited to your component.
Various processes are available for the vacuum brazing of Beryllium. We specialize in high-melting braze joints in the range 750° to 900°C.
Additionally we can coat components with Al2O3 or tungsten.
With special lapping and polishing techniques we manufacture mask blanks for the LIGA process. These are thin Beryllium discs with a diameter of 100 mm. Stringent requirements are made on flatness, thickness tolerances and surface finish.
